The Atlanta Journal-Constitution is reporting that an Atlanta baby was born via Cesarian section at 7:46 a.m., making it a candidate to be named the official 300 millionth American.  Interesting coincidence, since Mr. 200 Million himself, Bobby Woo, also lives in Atlanta.
